PHASE I STUDIES

Temodar (JACC 002): Phase I Study of Oral Temozolomide Administered Daily for 14 days Together with Weekly Paclitaxel in Patients with Advanced Solid Tumors and Lymphomas

Treatment:
Temozolomide daily X 14 days. Paclitaxel every 7 days X 3 weeks (cycle is 4 weeks).

Eligibility:

Must have life expectancy > 12 weeks
Must have measurable or evaluable disease
May have brain mets or primary brain neoplasm's if disease stable
Must not have manifestations of malabsorption syndrome or active N/V
Must not have had prior myeloablative therapy
Must not have bone marrow involvement or dysfunction
Must not be refractory to Paclitaxel administered on the weekly schedule
